Because every share comes straight from the field to your table.

Our position on returns

Due to the nature of our farm-fresh produce, Crown Town CSA is unable to accept returns on any CSA share or individual item. As living, perishable products harvested directly from our farm, vegetables cannot be re-shelved or redistributed once they have left our hands.

We believe this policy is also in your best interest — the freshness and integrity of your share depends on a direct, uninterrupted journey from farm to you.

Quality matters to us

While we take great care to ensure every share meets our standards, farming is a living process. If something in your share doesn't meet your expectations, we want to know about it and we will make it right.

If you receive anything that is damaged, spoiled, or below the quality you expect, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We are committed to resolving every issue quickly — your satisfaction as a member is our priority.

1 - Your name and member information

2 - A brief description of the quality issue

3 - A photo if possible — this helps us identify any farm-side issues

4 - The pickup date or delivery date of your share
