Crown Town
Farm

Grown sustainability and harvested responsibly, Crown Town Farm supplies fresh produce for greater Charlotte. Acre by acre, we’re reducing the use of conventional pesticides in our food, improving transparency in our food supply and supporting the health of our local economy.

Howdy from Todd

Our fearless leader, Todd Jackson, comes with a generational mastery in regenerative farming. The son of Charlotte landscapers and student of the Piedmont’s most esteemed agriculturalists, chefs and entrepreneurs, Todd’s vision for a no-till, low impact farm sprouts from a simple goal: closing the loop from plant to plate.

Farm FAQs

1. Where are you located?

8681 Mauney Rd. Mt Pleasant, NC.

2. Can I visit the farm?

Soon! We’re still working to get all our infrastructure up and running. Sign up for our newsletter and you’ll be the first to know when we’re receiving visitors, hosting events and nailing down the details on our CSA program.

3. Do you host events?

Also soon! We’re planning to turn the farm into an educational and experiential space, providing opportunities for anyone to play farmer for a day—and with any luck, longer than that.

4. What crops do you grow?

Over the course of our season, we grow around two dozen varieties of vegetables and leafy greens, and almost as many varieties of cut flowers.

5. Do you offer a CSA?

Not currently. We are focused on establishing productive growing spaces and building facilities that will make our guests feel welcome at the farm. However, reach out if you’re in the market for a subscription service—we’re always looking to evolve.

6. Can I pre-order produce for market pick-up?

No, at least for now. Packing orders and updating inventories can be time intensive, and we strive to keep our management costs—which affect our produce prices—as low as possible. As we continue to grow, we’ll always prioritize findings new ways to provide value to our customers.

7. Where, and when, can I find your produce and flowers?

Don’t miss us Saturdays at the @cotswoldfarmersmarket, from 8am–12pm (4921 Randolph Rd, Charlotte, NC).

We’re proud to be part of Charlotte’s circular economy 🌍 — our soil is fed with compost made from local food scraps collected by @crowntowncompost, helping turn yesterday’s waste into tomorrow’s harvest.

Come say hey, grab some greens, and grow with us!
